Once again, an expert jury headed by inVISION awarded the Top Innovations 2023. Heliotis receives the inVISION TOP INNOVATION Award for its latest generation of inline white light interferometers, the heliInspect H8M and H9M.
For applications with repeatability in the sub-μm range, Heliotis has developed a CMOS image sensor for its heliInspect white light interferometers H8M and H9M, in which signal processing is integrated in each pixel. The devices with a height resolution in the nm range can be used for practically all surfaces and materials.
