To expand our Customer Success Team, we are looking for committed and motivated personalities at our location at the Technopark Luzern in Root with immediate effect or by appointment.

Your responsibilities

Customer Acquisition
  • Acquisition / management of new leads
  • Handling of inbound requests in coordination with the development and application team
  • Trade show presence with subsequent lead handling
  • Collaboration in outbound campaigns
Customer Onboarding / Account Management
  • Central contact person for customers with internal interface function
  • Management of the consulting and sales process
  • Quotation preparation and negotiation management
  • Support of existing Tier 1 customers in electronics, medical technology and micromechanics
  • Establishment and maintenance of sustainable, strategic customer relationships
Process Management
  • Budgeting for different segments and product groups
  • CRM management
  • Collaboration in the strategic development and development of the Customer Success Team
Your profile
  • Open, winning personality with a self-reliant way of working

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in the sale of technically sophisticated products

  • Industry experience in automation / plant engineering / process automation is an advantage
  • Basic or further technical training is an advantage
  • Work experience in an industrial SME is an advantage

In order to expand our Product Creation Team, we are looking for committed and motivated personalities at our location at the Technopark Lucerne in Root with immediate effect or by appointment as

Your responsibilities
  • Development of interactive commissioning software for our camera products (Configuration Tools, Camera Viewer)
  • Development of backend applications on our camera platform (embedded Linux) as well as on Windows and Linux computers
  • Development of frontends based on web technologies (Angular) for execution in the browser or standalone desktop application
  • Development and implementation of the interface specifications between backend and frontend (REST, WebSocket) and their documentation for internal use
  • Collaboration in the further development and maintenance of our camera interface libraries according to industry-standard interface definitions (e.g. GenICam) for customer (external) use
  • According to interest, maintenance of DevOps infrastructure (GitLab, CI/CD, Docker) and/or documentation frameworks
Your profile
  • Degree in computer science or comparable training
  • Several years of experience as an application developer (full stack)
  • Solid knowledge of framework-supported frontend development (Angular, TypeScript, CSS, HTML)
  • Enjoyment of creating graphics and designing UI, including a sense of UX
  • Solid knowledge of either C++ and/or Rust.
    Interest in familiarizing yourself with the second language
  • Experience working with VS Code, cmake, and GitLab or interested in learning the ropes
  • Ideally, first experience in: Embedded Linux, Linux Shell Scripting, Python
  • Self-initiative, joy of cooperation, and fascination for technology
