Industrial sub-micron precision 3D sensor for fast in/at-line inspection

High precision inspection typically requires an off-line approach, involving substantial operator expertise, as well as slow measurements with sensitive, bulky and expensive equipment, in a controlled environment. Heliotis AG is devoted to greatly reduce such limitations, by providing innovative, compact, easy-to-integrate (interface) white light interferometers with superior robustness, measurement speed, and precision, combined with enhanced machine vision software compatibility. These features allow for direct shop floor, at/in-line sensor deployment, seamless integration and user-friendly deployment, while maintaining expert-level configurability and flexibility. In this talk, we present the challenges faced, and the path leading to these innovative features, distinguishing our products from competitors, and provide an insight to Heliotis instrumentation capabilities, as well as their applications.
